About this position
The Commercial Sales Executive (Soil, Bio-fertilizer) is responsible for promoting and selling innovative and environmentally enhancing products.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for promoting and selling innovative and environmentally enhancing products, eg, soil, bio-fertilizers, stimulants, and weed control system.
• Experience in engaging and managing the channel to reach target customers, retail, and modern trade experience is a plus.
• Understand the key stakeholders who are license approvers, influencers, and decision-makers to drive business success.
• Self-drive motivation and ability to work remotely.
Requirements
• Experience at least 5 years, direct experience in Cassava or horticultural is plus.
• Agronomists experienced at least 5 years in sales and consulting farmers either direct or through channels and direct experience in Cassava or horticultural is plus.
• Experienced in working with promotor to create the event for demand creation and knowledge building for new products and solutions.
• Experienced in plant care and fertilizer would be a plus in helping farmers.
• Market survey and Focus group interview for insight.
