About this position

This role will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of sustainable change by implementing Lean methodology and the Thai Wah Business System (TBS) across the Thai Wah Group.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and application of TBS policies, processes, systems, and programs.
• Provide guidance to local management on TBS management agenda.
• Ensure teams adhere to approved operating policies, procedures, and practices.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Train and mentor teams on TBS development programs and workshops.
• Lead effective communication of TBS implementation and act as a change agent.

Requirements

• Preferably a university degree or equivalent, with a focus on Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Operations experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing and Operations improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Lean Sigma or similar methodologies.
