Thairath Group is looking for a spontaneous marketeer to join our EVERPINK team as a Brand Director.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute branding plan and product marketing plan to align with management visions and company goals.
• Monitor and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure they align with the company's objectives.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and address any issues that may arise during the execution of plans and strategies.
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors' movements.
• Track and analyse consumer behaviour in the beauty industry.
• Manage customer satisfaction to create a positive experience for both new and existing customers.
• Manage operational budgets throughout the year within the company's specified limits.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to the team and subordinates.
• Measure the success of plans or marketing campaigns using OKRs and KPIs (can be set jointly with management).
• Manage sales targets to meet the company's objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Cosmetic Industry, Beauty, Healthcare, Retail, or FMCG sectors in roles such as Sales Manager or Trade Manager.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge and understanding of the cosmetics business would be considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English languages.
