About this position

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide outstanding support.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Keep the department running smoothly through calendar management, document preparation (POs, PRs, etc.), office supply management, and general errands.
• External Communication: Build strong relationships with the department's partners, vendors, and other external contacts.
• Project Assistance: Track progress, conduct research, and contribute to the successful completion of various assignments.
• Departmental Efficiency: Ensure organized files and processes to maximize the department's productivity.

• Communication Excellence: First-rate verbal and written communication abilities for clear interaction with all department members and external collaborators.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, scheduling tools).
