About this position

Lead the delivery of a cultural change process through the implementation of the various Plant Optimization (PO) within manufacturing locations in ASEAN (Thailand or Indonesia) and act as the primary plant optimization subject matter expert inside the plants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational materials to all associates in order to effectively implement the various foundations and pillars of the Plant Optimization process.
• Foster a culture of moving forward in a change environment & continuously assuring buy-in & ownership at all levels.
• Travel to (Thailand or Indonesia plant) for max. 2 weeks per month according to the aligned/approved visit schedule with plant POLs and Regional POL.
• Track PO progress and effectiveness of application of methodology of each pillar implementation against master Plan and Workbook.
• Organize review meeting with plant Pillar team and PO Steering Committee during the visit.
• Conduct Pillar Step Audit, Pillar assessment and Plant Optimization Maturity Assessments with plant and regional teams to ensure education & plant optimization implementation is being effectively transferred & process is adopted in a sustainable way and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate of any engineering course.
• 10+ years of experience in lean manufacturing.
• With good communication skills.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Has ability to coach, train and drive change.
