About this position
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers, ensure food presentation and quality, assist in kitchen tasks, and maintain food safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays
• Monitor the quantity of food prepared and inform staff of menu specials
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Address guests' service needs
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements
• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
• 4 to 6 years of related work experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• No specific license or certification required
