About this position
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes coordinating and optimizing processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and profitability. The Operations Executive reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and collaborates with other department heads to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Giving appropriate product presentations over call/emails & converting them into sales.
Maintaining healthy relationship with existing/new agents.
Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking-
Maintain data in the software of all Daily activities.
Preferred candidates who are enthusiastic with good communication skills.
