About this position
Valeo is seeking a Project Manager to manage operationally and functionally assigned projects, ensuring profitability, quality, and timing.
Responsibilities
• Manage OEM/OES P0/P10 or simple P1 Projects (Components with mature technology, …)
• Secure Project resources and control them
• Solve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation
• Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
• Define and manage his/her budget including the budget of Project part of his/her Project
• Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress Keep client(s) updated on Project progress. Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress to PSC and to all Governance stages when required
Requirements
• Contribute, Prepare and submit IAR (Project level)
• Is applying Design to Cost methodology
• Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets
• Is functionally responsible of all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team Members
• Manage customer relationship (local) and coordinate communication within his team
