Responsible for opening accounts processing, assisting clients worldwide through live support, supporting clients with technical issues, communication and coordination with different departments, and preparing proper documentation including translating documents.

Requirements

• Have experiences in financial Industry is advantaged
• Fluent in English language
• Can speak English or Chinese language is advantaged
• Have a service mind
• Work Time: 5 days working (able to work on Saturday and Sunday)
