Communications Lead
About this position
The Communications Lead will be responsible for managing and strengthening the corporate identity of Zuellig Pharma at the market level.
Responsibilities
• Own, shape and strengthen the Zuellig Pharma corporate / brand identity at market level in line with our purpose and overall organisation strategy, by driving reputation management and brand governance. • Manage internal and external stakeholders including senior management team, employees, media, clients, customers and other governing bodies / associations connected to our business and people agenda • Work closely with senior management and BUs to identify, prioritise and manage third-party endorsement opportunities for strong and accurate brand posturing e.g. media engagement, award submissions, speaking engagements / conferences, case studies with partners • Localise / create creative and consistent corporate collaterals including brochures, newsletters, factsheets, profiles etc. for effective engagement with stakeholders • Drive employee engagement through adapted and local campaigns and initiatives, to manage morale and reinforce organizational values • Support the MD and senior management team in driving internal forums and mechanisms for engagement e.g. Townhalls, BU meetings, employee surveys
Requirements
• Education background – at least a Bachelor’s Degree (in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing or Management) • Pharma background an advantage but not compulsory; Communications / PR agency would be a good pool to reach out to as well • Experience working with external communications / PR agencies an advantage but not compulsory • Crisis communications knowledge / experience • Knowledge and interest in local current affairs, regulations etc. Interpersonal skills - clear and strong communicator, to manage stakeholders of all levels internally and externally • Works well in teams Independent, proactive and experienced leader • Creative and resourceful problem-solver • Agile in moving with fast-paced changes, with the ability to deliver on priorities • Structured in planning and execution • Strong in local language and high level of English proficiency (written and verbal) • Strong presentation skills • Social media management experience Strong basic knowledge and skill of managing communications portfolio i.e. press releases, announcements, media pitching and management, crisis communications etc.
