Responsibilities
• Preparing Order encoding for Orthopedic product.
• Liaise with PRN and Transport service provider to ensure all surgery set delivered on time.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders both external and internal for smooth delivery of surgery set.
• Ensure all operation align with PL policy and procedure.
• Coaching Orthopedic Case-Coordinator for Handling of Surgery set.
• Working with customer tickets via SAP.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Medical Device.
• Minimum 2 years in managerial role.
• Moderate command of English communication.
• Has experience in SAP would be advantage.
