About this position
The HRIS Associate is responsible for data entry, maintaining employee information, and providing support on HR system issues.
Responsibilities
• Performs data entry into HR Systems and maintains confidential employee documents and information.
• Maintains a quality and consistency of employee data and other relevant HR information.
• Update personal information, employment status, internal transfer, and process termination to HR systems.
• Submit employee movement data to related functions; but not limited to new employee request, domain user data change and resignation notice.
• Provide support on basic troubleshooting and guidance to employees regarding HR system issues and concerns.
• Timely respond, collaborates, and communicates with relevant stakeholders regarding HRIS-related queries to ensure quick, equitable and courteous resolution.
• Manage employee personnel file and organize document storage.
• Provide regular or on-demand HRIS reports based on customer needs.
• Assist in managing SAP GRC request, approve and user access review.
• Assist in developing user procedures, guideline and documentation including user training.
• Coordinate with other functions to support data or any activities related as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree of human resources management, psychology, political science, business administration, information technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in HRIS management, data entry and familiar with HR processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and appropriate computer literacy especially in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and work with highly confidential and/or protected information required.
• Fair or Good command of English.
