National Sales Manager - OTC
About this position
The National Sales Manager - OTC is responsible for leading, coaching, controlling, and managing the sales team to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
• Lead sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct sales analysis and set targets for each Trade Representatives
• Co-operate with other divisions to minimize problem bills and credit notes
• Evaluate Marketing or Sales plan results and recommend alternative ways for improvement
• Coach and train AM/PM/KAM to work properly and monitor their performance
• Coordinate with principals to develop and implement marketing plans
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• At least 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical market or related field
• Strong leadership skills, high negotiation skill, self-motivated, and energetic
• Experience in people management
• Good command of English
