About this position

The Refrigeration and Air Condition Manager is responsible for ensuring effective machine operation and maintenance, managing maintenance plans, inspecting current conditions, training maintenance staff, implementing safety regulations, negotiating with service providers, and budgeting for machinery improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and commit to deliver affective machine operation and maintenance policy and implement company procedure.
• Manage the plan for PM, MC and RT maintenance for al Electrical system, HVAC, Cold chain system, included alarm systems, and power supplier unit in terms of machinery and contract work that included un-schedule maintenance.
• Inspect / access the current condition of Electrical system, HVAC, Cold chain system, included alarm systems, and power supplier unit in the facility for working properly as initial maintenance and repair work as necessary.
• Fully action and response for overall equipment efficacies and machine reliability.
• Affective train / coaching maintenance staff to Operation and maintenance.
• Manage and maintain record include analyze the problem trend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in facility maintenance Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervisor level.
• Expertise on facility machinery / electrical system, HVAC and cold room for medical product.
• Good in communication & presentation skill both Thai and English.
