Sales Director - ETC
About this position
The Sales Director - ETC is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to meet or exceed assigned sales budget.
Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, develop, and monitor sales team to meet or exceed assigned sales budget, monthly or cumulatively by year-end
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead sales strategies and execution of Marketing & Sales activities
• Ensure motivation, recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of the sales team
• Operate within approved budgetary cost controls
• Manage changes and recommend strategies to keep the company competitive
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy or related fields
• Minimum 10 years' commercial experience leading sales function in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership skills with a track record in various therapeutic areas
• Strong strategic thinking, judgement, and influencing skills
• Effective cross-functional team leadership and influencing skills
