About this position

The IT Support Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the company's employees. They will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, and maintain the company's network infrastructure. This position reports to the IT Manager and collaborates with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient IT support services.

Responsibilities

● ติดตั้งและบริหารจัดการ Database และ บริหารจัดการทรัพยากร (SIT / UAT /Production) ของโครงการต่างๆ
● ควบคุมกระบวนการ Backup/Restore Database, Data Migration, Data Masking และ Data AdHoc ตามคำขอจากส่วนงานต่างๆ ของบริษัท
ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย PDPA และมาตรฐาน ในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลของบริษัทฯ ตามข้อกำหนดสำหรับระบบบริหารความมั่นคงปลอดภัยข้อมูล
สารสนเทศ ของบริษัทฯ
● บริหารจัดการผู้ใช้งาน ในระดับ Database ของ โครงการต่างๆ
● บริหารจัดการ Change Request ที่เกิดขึ้นในโครงการต่างๆ ในส่วนของ Database เช่น การเพิ่ม Resource หรือ Update Version
● ตรวจสอบและติดตาม Incident ที่เกี่ยวของหรือได้รับผลกระทบที่เกี่ยวของกับ Database ในโครงการต่างๆ และจัดทำ Incident Report และหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหา
● การจัดทํา Data Flow Diagram และ Data Dictionary เพื่อนำมาใช่ในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา Application ต่างๆ ของบริษัท ร่วมกับทีม IT Application Management, IT Application
Support, IT Operation, IT Solution และ Software Development Team
● วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบ และประสานงานกับส่วนงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกรณี ที่มีการ Maintenance ระบบทั้งในส่วนของ Database Server และระบบโครงข่าย Network

Requirements

ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้
มีความสนใจ ชอบเรียนรู้ เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ที่เหมาะสมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างภายในบริษัท
มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ ของระบบ และมีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ การ monitoring data และแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ
