Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes.
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess application scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and best practices.
• Automate testing processes using appropriate tools and frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update testing documentation, including test cases and test results.
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Male or Female, Any Age, Thai National ONLY
• Fair to good English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• At least 3 years of related experience with development of automated testing, especially back-end web-based systems
• Proven expertise in QA automation and proficient in working with various automated testing tools (Robot Framework)
• Experience in implementing and managing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes
• Experience in load testing is desirable
• Strong XML/JSON and SQL experience
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development practices
• Ability to work productively with other, geographically distributed, team members
• Self-motivated, assertive, and respectful in a team environment
• Familiarity with travel-related XML data exchange, such as OpenTravel Alliance is desirable
