About this position

The Field Service Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's field service operations. • Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance field service processes and procedures

• Conduct regular field visits to assess technician performance and provide on-site support as needed
• Manage field service budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into field service strategies
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on field service activities and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in field service management, preferably in a related industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of field service technicians
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by the company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
