• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department at Master.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes, and ensure their implementation within the organization.
