About this position

The Area Manager-Eastern is responsible for ensuring volume, distribution, merchandising, and collection objectives are met in the general trade within set standards.

Responsibilities

• Address gaps and opportunities to ensure attainment of objectives.
• Ensure on time implementation and excellent execution of trade programs and other customer initiatives.
• Maintain and deploy trade assets and Point of Sale materials.
• Manage Account Receivables & Customer Management.
• Monitor, interpret, and analyze sales data.
• Develop the right route to market and territory.

Requirements

• College/University Graduate.
• 3-5 years Field Sales Management experience in General Trade (preferably FMCG).
• Licensed and able to drive a motorized vehicle.
• Management & Leadership Skills.
• Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills.
