Business Development Assistant Manager – Food service
About this position
The Business Development Assistant Manager in Food service will be responsible for managing HORECA customers, generating new leads, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining positive business relationships.
Responsibilities
• Be a point of contact between the company and the customers for HORECA channel.
• Generate new leads of HORECA customer in East and Central area.
• Meet HORECA customers and appointed Food service customer located in the assigned territory for East & Central to grow business as per agreed KPIs and maintain a positive business relationship.
• Implement the company sales strategies, promotions and commercial policy including to drive NPDs.
• Responsible to engage customers and lead the in store activities with customer to drive sale.
• Organize workshops for customers to grow business together year on year.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in managing customers in B2B especially HORECA Channel at least 3 years.
• Knowledge in Food Service channel would be beneficial.
• Priority to the one who use to work in Central and East territory.
• Leadership, Project Management, Presentation and Negotiation Skills are required.
