About this position

The CI Supervisor is responsible for implementing CI activities, applying CI methodology, enhancing production processes, leading problem solving capabilities, providing training, monitoring operation performance, and applying technology to improve productivity control system.

Responsibilities

• Implement CI activities i.e., daily management, problem solving, kaizen activity, 5S in manufacturing area.
• Apply CI methodology to identify and solve problems to improve efficiency and enhance quality.
• Enhance and support the production and business process to achieve company’s KPI.
• Lead problem solving capability building in organization such as Root Cause Analysis.
• Provide training for stakeholders, Team leader, Operator, and coach them for Operate machine at Optimization.
• Monitoring operation performance to ensure and deliver SQDC target.
• Using data and working with production team to improve line performance.
• Apply technology to improve productivity control system i.e., real time data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Statistic i.e., Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering.
• At least 3 years' experience in continuous improvement.
• Good command in English.
