Distributor Development Supervisor – Food service
About this position
The Distributor Development Supervisor - Food service is responsible for managing HORECA customers in the East and Central area, generating new leads, and implementing sales strategies.
Responsibilities
• Be a point of contact between the company and the customers for HORECA channel.
• Generate new leads of HORECA customer in East and Central area.
• Meet HORECA customers and appointed Food service customer located in the assigned territory for East & Central to grow business as per agreed KPIs and maintain a positive business relationship.
• Implement the company sales strategies, promotions and commercial policy including to drive NPDs.
• Responsible to engage customers and lead the in store activities with customer to drive sale.
• Organize workshops for customers to grow business together year on year.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in managing customers in B2B especially HORECA Channel at least 3 years.
• Knowledge in Food Service channel would be beneficial.
• Priority to the one who use to work in Central and East territory.
• Able to manage customers with different business profiles i.e. wholesaler, airlines, hotels, café, chained restaurants, online.
