Seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in international trade and compliance to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the commercial team on daily activities related to trade administration (for e.g. issue trade confirmation, system input, sending contracts to customers, etc.)
• Entering contracts against trade entries
• Pre and Post-trade negotiation of contractual terms with customers, traders and trade execution teams
• Ensure compliance with contract management policy and all relevant in-house policies and processes
• Follow up on return of countersigned contracts & maintain complete and accurate contract files
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely appropriations against sales

Requirements

• Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / International Business, Trade or related field
• Work experience in the agriculture market, would be a plus
• High level of compliance and the rule of law
• Fluency in English and Thai, reading, writing, speaking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
