The Project Sales/Project Coordinator - Eastern (Contract) is responsible for following up on projects to achieve sales objectives, coordinating with sales dealers, and delivering market information and reports.
• To follow up projects in responsible areas in order to achieve sales objectives (Direct and In-Direct).
• To follow up new market in responsible areas such as government projects, temples, hotel chains, resorts.
• To coordinate with sales dealer for In-Direct projects and sales project for direct projects.
• To deliver market information, monthly reports, and assigned tasks.
• Support Sales/Managers within the full Process to optimally serve customer needs and be in compliance with law and regulations.
• Provide a high service level by building / maintaining customer relationships (internal / external).
• Influence contact chain of those projects.
• Support, preparation of documentation and archiving during the contracting process, Including offers & tenders.
• Analyzes complaints trends and created complaints overviews.
• Follow up on document requests from customers and customer questionnaires (if applicable).
• Support customers with handling inquiries, product information, delivery follow up, etc.(if applicable).
• Follows up on sample panels to customers.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Project Sales / Coordinator.
• Excellent time management and a relentless attention to details.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Travelling available or stay in eastern upcountry.
