Head of Enterprise, Thailand position at Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Responsibilities
• Lead the Enterprise sales teams including developing opportunity pipeline, driving revenue growth and user adoption as well as direct sales engagements cross key industry verticals acting as executive sponsor for key customer and partner relationships. • Build and leverage C-suite executive relationships with external stakeholders (customers, partners, government, regulatory bodies, press/media) to further adoption of AWS services in the market. • Serve as a key member of AWS Thailand leadership team, in helping to define and deliver AWS overall strategy. • Manage sales cadence through robust performance measures and reviews, using data driven analytics, to drive strong sales execution. • Own all metrics and goals and reporting of all account related activity i.e. sales forecasting, account strategy, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis.
Requirements
• 10+ years experience in IT sales, business development or consulting, with 5+ years managing sales teams. • Direct field and management experience working with enterprise accounts. • Demonstrable ability to lead teams in consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics. • Technical understanding in the areas of cloud computing, web services and enterprise software. • Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, engaging and influencing C-level executives.
