About this position

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Environmental Health & Safety to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new and up-to-date environment & health and safety management system and regulatory compliance.
• Work with internal or external parties to facilitating audit of EHS system to ensure that related activities are arranged efficiently.
• Implement and maintain ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001:2018 systems as well as CSR activities.
• Conduct law and regulation tracking and ensure legal compliance in regards of EHS rules & regulations and customer requirements related to EHS.
• Provide safety training and process safety management training to ensure that employee, contractor and supplier understand the safety and environmental regulations.
• Launch environment, health and safety awareness program and activities.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and implementing environment, health, and safety management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and auditing processes.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to lead emergency preparedness and ERT competency enhancement.
