The Reservation Manager will drive the performance of the reservations team, ensure adherence to SOP's, and maintain and improve reservations operations.
Responsibilities
• Drive the performance of the reservations team on property
• Ensure adherence to SOP's
• Responsible for training and coaching team members
• Monitor team members' performance
• Maintain and improve reservations operations
• Ensure high accuracy in guest reservations, maximize revenue opportunities, and guest satisfaction
Requirements
• College degree in hotel management
• Three years experience in hotel reservations and rooms division
• Familiar with hotel operations technology and distribution channels
• Understand regional & local market dynamics, competitors, and events
