About this position
Responsibilities
โข Oversee and manage all aspects of the hospitality department
โข Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall guest experience
โข Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent service
โข Monitor and analyze customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address any issues or concerns
โข Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
โข Manage budgets and financials for the hospitality department, ensuring cost-effective operations
โข Maintain and update standard operating procedures and guidelines for the hospitality team
โข Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations
โข Plan and organize special events and functions, such as conferences, meetings, and parties
โข Stay updated with industry trends and developments, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the hospitality offerings.
Requirements
โข Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
โข Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
โข Strong leadership and communication skills
โข Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and event management
โข Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
