Assistant Training Manager (Beauty)
About this position
Our client is seeking an Assistant Training Manager (Beauty) to support the global beauty retail company.
Responsibilities
• Create or modify training programs and resources, ensuring that field staff are equipped to effectively promote innovations and priority brands, and meet sales targets.
• Develop and execute training initiatives to enhance skills, improve performance, support career growth, and onboard new hires.
• Maintain high standards of performance, appearance, and conduct among the sales team, while aligning with company expectations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Teams to understand objectives for key retailers and brands, identifying and addressing sales-related gaps.
• Conduct regular on-the-job training at key locations to help staff improve selling abilities, overcome challenges, and assess performance.
• Provide post-training evaluations to monitor individual and team progress in terms of skills, learning needs, and attitude.
Requirements
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in training and retail operation in beauty.
• Bachelor's Degree/ master's degree in related field.
• Strong planning, time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Good interpersonal, proactive, flexible, organized, hardworking with strong project management skills.
• Experience in make-up and skincare training.
