Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand and product target audiences.
• Collaborate with Experience Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders on category projects.
• Work closely with Insight team to gain insight into consumer journey and shopper behavior.
• Manage the development of marketing materials.
• Oversee the Commercial Launch process for selected projects.
• Document all relevant product and content information in the Business Area Content Library.

Requirements

• Exhibits a passion for the consumer and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Possesses flexibility and agility.
• Establishes trust, fosters positive working relationships, and communicates effectively.
• Is a quick learner, able to adapt rapidly to unfamiliar circumstances.
• Holds a university degree in Marketing or a related field.
