About this position

The Customer Service Staff (Contract) will be responsible for handling order processing, coordinating with other functions, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and control on time delivery as customer requirements.
• Enter customer demand and forecasts into the system.
• Coordinate with other functions in order to ensure that all customer orders are completed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with the forwarder and logistic company for outbound.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Logistics
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or supply chain
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Problem-solving skills as well as communication skills
• Good computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and Word
