About this position

AutoStore is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for their new factory in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and strategies to relevant HR activities
• Work closely with employees and managers with the full range of HR tools and processes to support them and their goals
• Be the HR Business Partner for dedicated team leads, and have some key functional responsibilities within the HR-field, based on background and expertise
• Contribute in and/or lead HR projects and initiatives
• Super User Workday
• Be a role model of our values and leadership principles, and actively participate in our office culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to HR or similar
• 3-6+ years of experience from a similar role, and/ or strong and valuable more broader HR-experience
• Proven business acumen and focus on the business from an HR point of view
• Demonstrated experience in core HR processes
• Excellent IT skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365
