About this position
AutoStore is seeking an IT Support for a new factory in Thailand to lead and establish management in the IT function.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage the network system, hardware, software in an industrial environment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot end-user computing, hardware, software, office applications printers, and various devices
• Collaborate with the global IT team to communicate and clarify complex issues as required.
• Monitor and maintain network security systems, including implementing security measures, updates, and data backups.
• Maintain up-to-date site IT / IS documentation (infrastructure, inventories, technical/functional documentation, contingency procedures…)
• Maintain IT asset’s inventory in accordance with the company’s standards including lifecycle management
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or a related
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in IT support preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Preferred experience with the following topics and technologies: Server and client administration, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows and macOS endpoint management, Network administration, Cisco, Fortinet, Extreme Networks
• Preferred experience with the following topics, but not required: IT Service Management, Project Management, Governance and Compliance, IT Security
• Able to effectively support end user for all sections and ensure support for users based on high standards and customer service.

40,000 - 80,000 THB per month
