The Sales (Horeca) position at BaliNutra involves driving sales and revenue growth within the hospitality industry. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with key clients, such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes, to promote and sell BaliNutra's products. This position reports to the Sales Manager and collaborates closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) clients in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Horeca sector to achieve sales targets.
• Present and promote BaliNutra's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with potential clients and showcase BaliNutra's products.
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about the latest developments in the Horeca industry.
Requirements
- Experience in Horeca sales (Specialist Hotel) min 2 years
- Active and able to communicate well
- Have your own vehicle
- High motivation to achieve targets
