Marketing Communication Manager
About this position
The Marketing Communication Manager will be responsible for initiating strong art direction and creative ideas for marketing campaigns, exploring innovative ideas to enhance brand equity, generating customer engagement, developing marketing communication plans, and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
• Initiate strong art direction & creative ideas for marketing communication campaigns
• Explore new innovative ideas & strategic directions to enrich brand equity
• Generate customer brand engagement at all touch points
• Develop plan & budget control for marketing communication campaigns
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Control and recommend overall Brand Communication Direction & Image of company and products
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing major preferred
• At least 8 years' working experience in brand management in FMCG industry or Construction material
• Strong people management skills
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
