Responsibilities

• ควบคุมการผลิตสินค้าในส่วนงานผลิตชำแหละสุกร (การตัดแต่ง, การชำแหละ และการจัดสินค้า) ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ, %yield ภายใต้ต้นทุนการผลิตที่กำหนดไว้
• ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในส่วนงานผลิตชำแหละสุกร(การตัดแต่ง, การชำแหละ และการจัดสินค้า) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
• ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์การผลิตและควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงภายในส่วนงานผลิต
• จัดทำการประมาณการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตของส่วนงาน
• จัดทำคู่มือการทำงาน (Procedure, work in)
• ควบคุมดูแลการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานที่รับผิดชอบเพื่อเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

• การศึกษาขั้นต่ำ : วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ : มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารอย่างน้อย 0 – 2 ปี
• คุณสมบัติ/ความสามารถพิเศษ/การฝึกอบรม : มีความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปได้ดี มีความรู้ด้าน Food Technology, Meat Science หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบ GMP, HACCP
