About this position

The Senior Brand Marketing Officer will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, implementing brand plans, monitoring product launches, managing budgets, and leading channel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunity for responsible brand franchise base on target consumers trend and insights
• Plan and implement brand plans including the development of launch plans and brand communication touch points
• Monitor on-going product launches with KPIs; identify task success, key successes and failures, learning and improvements
• Provide input to sales forecasting to ensure forecast accuracy
• Responsible in managing brand budget and P&L to drive profitability of the brand
• Lead in channel strategies and ensure smooth operation of principal product management
• Lead project management on cross-functional project teams to bring new innovations to market
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing / Advertising or related field (Veterinarian is a plus)
• 5 years experience in brand/product management / marketing from FMCG or dynamic business
• Strategic mindset and a strong sense of the market in both typical and digital marketing
• Full command of marketing principles
• Understand online social media environment through the consumer eyes and having Pet care knowledge
