Senior HR officer based in Laos responsible for managing foreign employee database, recruitment planning, employee development, engagement activities, and internal PR media.

Responsibilities

• Manage the database of foreign employees in the system (SuccessFactors) must be accurate and up to date.
• Database management for maintian in PowerBI (dashboard)
• Recruitment and internship planning plans with each country. To help each country recruit manpower according to the plan.
• Create employee development plans that develop the Common Curriculum together in all 3 countries, including coordinating with another team to implement and coordinate for each country according to the set plans.
• Plan engagement activities with each country.
• Create internal PR media for employees in all 3 countries to be informed of activities in each country.
• Support HR activity of each country.

Requirements

• Proficient in database management, specifically in SuccessFactors and PowerBI.
• Experience in recruitment planning and internship coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with teams across different countries.
• Ability to develop employee development plans and engagement activities.
• Knowledge of internal PR media creation and support for HR activities.
