About this position
The Trade Marketing Specialist (Overseas) will be responsible for new product development, channel expansion, marketing activities, market research, brand building, and CRM in the Philippines market.
Responsibilities
• New Product Development (NPD Launch)introduce new product ideas new export market as well promoting them for both brands and OEM products. • Coverage and Channel Expansion- Study, research and analyze channel in Export Market for future development.- Develop new ideas on channel expansion for Betagro products. Improve and expand channel using new and innovative strategy. • Marketing Activities- Develop strategic plan for Marketing Activity in export market.- Plan and manage activities through various channels.- Study new Marketing trend and come up with new Marketing activities ideas. • Market Research and Market Visit- In Depth market research and analysis as well as Market Visit- Competitors and Products Analysis • Brand Building- Use variety of media to help improve and build brand image for export market- Use Digital Marketing to achieve tasks given on social media platform. • CRM- Factory visit with clients- Held workshop both internally and externally to receive or pass on product knowledge.- Build customer’s relationship
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Food, etc. (relative field) • Direct experiences in Food Export Marketing 1-3 years or above • English Communication TOEIC 600 • Confident and out spoken • Eager to learn new things
