About this position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities to support company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities
• Develop effective preventive maintenance in coordination with production planning
• Support the ordering of new machines and equipment
• Coordinate and support the installation and commissioning of new machines
• Lead actions to minimize machine downtime and improve OEE
• Approve and review spare parts stock level
• Review and update documentation needed for maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance services
• Train and mentor engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Create a 5’s, Lean, and safety culture within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or another related field
• Over 10 years’ experience in Maintenance operation/management
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of TPM, OEE, Lean manufacturing, 5’s
• Strong organization skills
