Position Summary: Responsible for market analysis, marketing strategy planning, budgeting, and team management.
Responsibilities
• Study and analyze market data of competitors, partners, and industry trends to enhance company's competitiveness.
• Develop marketing strategies, promotional activities, and communication plans.
• Prepare budgets according to the planned objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments for related activities.
• Evaluate and measure the performance of marketing plans and activities.
• Efficiently manage the team to achieve planned quantity and quality of work, as well as develop team's capabilities for growth opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, food and beverage business, or related fields.
• Creative, enthusiastic, hardworking, patient, and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Basic computer skills.
