About this position

Oversee and manage all finance and administrative (including HR and IT) functions.

Responsibilities

• Handling the accounting and financial for 2 local companies for local statutory and HQ reporting.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions according to the HQ’s Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM) and Group Finance’s reporting deadlines.
• Prepare all monthly and annual financial and management reports ensuring full compliance with ARM as well as local financial and fiscal reporting requirements.
• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in consultation with management.
• Responsible for internal controls and processes across all functions ensuring adherence to HQ’s Compliance Manual and Group policies.
• Responsible for treasury, statutory audits, tax, GST, transfer pricing and legal/corporate secretarial matters
• Business partner to Sales & Service, providing support and advice on financial and operational processes and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
• Overall responsible for all administrative matters
• Responsible for local HR policies and administration
• IT liaison with HQ and external IT vendors to ensure the smooth running of the IT infrastructure and equipment

Requirements

Degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years’ experience in general finance & accounting functions with at least 2 years in financial & management reporting and budgeting
Independent worker who demonstrates good initiative and the ability to multi-task across a wide range of finance & admin functions
A track record of good time management and commitment to meeting challenging deadlines
Effective cross cultural communicator
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
