About this position

The Sr Industrial Relation Officer will execute and support sponsored employee relations activities and programs within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducting HR function in the field of Industrial Relation
• Ensure all company HR policy and procedure are implemented accordingly
• Ensure all administration procedure and the complete formalities document is conducted accordingly
• Conduct and monitor administration procedure : Jamsostek, Manpower Dept, Immigration, Hospital, Clinic, e
• Ensuring a healthy and safe working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, HR Management
• 1 years experience in the field of Industrial
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
• Have good communication skills
• Able to pursue people
