Head of Sales & Service (Industrial Quality Service)
About this position
The Head of Sales & Service Thailand is responsible for the IQS daily operations, business growth, customer management, brand awareness, and the execution of SBU strategy and initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Operational implementation of the TH strategies
• P&L responsibility in TH
• Monthly business reviews with all relevant parties (sales, admin, technical service, applications)
• Customer(s) escalation and feedback management
• Country KPI setting, actions follow-up & tracking.
• Process definition, standardization & optimization
• Continuous improvement
• Routine customer(s) visits with team when required
• Support pre and post sales activities (i.e.; trade shows, workshops, conferences, webinars, pre- & post-sales, trainings)
• Responsible for country Profit & Loss (P&L), including ZEISS QEC (Quality Excellence Centre)
• Experience in working in matrix organization
• Experience in working with other countries, especially for FDI investments
• SBU initiatives and strategy implementation and follow-up
• Development of Focus Account(s) ABCD
• Work closely with Products Sales Managers; PSM (HOM, X-ray, IMS and SW) to enable business growth.
• Work closely with dealer manager for volume products target sales funnel, orders, and demo units
• Planning (resources, processes & priorities)
• Identify and address team, setup & strategic gaps as well as opportunities.
• Drive brand awareness; including ZEISS Education Program execution.

Requirements
• At least 10 years’ experience in managerial position
• At least 2–5 years’ experience within the precision engineering, metrology, or manufacturing industry
• Have people management experience, with at least 10 people reporting.
• Speak fluent English
