About this position
The Sales & Service Administrator (Industrial Quality Service) at Zeiss Thailand is responsible for supporting the growing business of IQS by managing CRM, Salesforce, and back-office work.
Responsibilities
• Receiving customers’ inquiries/requests via hotline number, email, Customer Care Ticket and conveying the matter to relevant hotline engineers
• Coordinating with filed engineers, customers and other departments to ensure that information or solution given to customers is precise and accurate
• Scheduling and dispatching engineers through CRM and Salesforce
• Making quotation for repairing job, relocation, calibration, preventive maintenance, training, measuring/programming, spare part and accessory
• Billing customer and proceeding confirmation in CRM/Salesforce
• Supporting digital transformation such as monitoring web shop and its order processing
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred
• At least 3 year-experience in the customer service / call center ticketing system / interface background
• Preferably experience in handling industrial customers
• Experience in using CRM/Salesforce is preferable
• Able to speak and write English proficiently
