About this position

Service Engineer is responsible for Sales Support activities in installation, commissioning, and warranty repair of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), as well as after-Sales service in machine repair, calibration, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service machine maintenance, calibration, and repair.
• Carry out CMM installation, commissioning, and warranty support.
• Support in local and regional exhibition and seminar.
• Handle customers' request based on priority and importance, or as requested by Service Manager.
• Adherence to documented operation procedures and machine check lists.
• Collaborate & support the team in getting the job/request completed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering Discipline – Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Electrical.
• New Graduate or 0–2 years’ experience working as customer care in field service support, preferably in the metrology and precision orrelated industry skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and result-orientated.
