Cikarang Dry Port is a public dry port serving as the extension gate of Tanjung Priok Seaport, offering one stop service for cargo handling and a logistics solution for international export and import, as well as domestic distribution. CDP provides integrated port and logistics facilities for logistics and supply chain players to gather in one place for better coordination and increasing productivity. Facilities and services provided are; container yard, container freight station warehouse, physical inspection facilities, bonded logistics center, customs, quarantine, bank, empty container depot, etc. Cikarang Dry Port is the first and only Integrated Customs Service Zone (Kawasan Pelayanan Pabean Terpadu - KPPT) in Indonesia, enabling customs services and clearances to be done and completed in Cikarang Dry Port. Cikarang Customs Office is already commenced operation, located inside Cikarang Dry Port area as an integrated service. Quarantine services like animal quarantine, plant quarantine, and fish quarantine are also available and integrated in Cikarang Dry Port. With all the facilities and services provided, any export import formalities could be completed in Cikarang Dry Port.

About this position

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan proses rekrutmen karyawan baru mulai dari sourcing hingga onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan sourcing dan job posting atas permintaan posisi dari user
• Melakukan screening CV pelamar berdasarkan kesesuaian kriteria dari user
• Melakukan personality test & psikotes kandidat karyawan (level SPV kebawah)
• Melakukan interview dengan potensial kandidat
• Mengatur jadwal interview kandidat dengan user
• Melakukan negosiasi gaji kandidat ( level SPV kebawah)
• Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan onboarding karyawan baru, dan memonitoring performance karyawan baru dalam 3 dan 6 bulan.
• Melakukan administrasi dokumen proses perekrutan (FPK, Surat pengantar MCU, Offering, PKWT dll)
• Melakukan TNA dan menyiapkan program development karyawan
• Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan pihak ke 3 dalam proses recruitment (Klinik kesehatan, lembaga assessment, staff dan sekertaris holding dll)
• Tugas-tugas lain yg diperintahkan oleh atasan

Requirements

Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Hukum / Manajemen
Mampu melakukan wawancara BEI pada kandidat
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim
Berpengalaman sebagai recruiter minimal 1 tahun
Jujur, integritas, komunikatif, multitasking, berfikir kritis, pekerja tangguh, fast learning
Bersedia bekerja di area Cikarang
