About this position
SSC IT Support Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of IT support services to group companies, monitor and report IT support services and work closely with subsidiaries’ officer in responding to inquiries based on service agreements.
Responsibilities
• Manage service/ user request relates to SAP, including investigate the situation and diagnose the underlying causes to ultimately assist SAP MM/PM in recovering or continuing operations.
• Configuration on SAP in MM/PM Module.
• Be a facilitator to escalate unsolved problem from end users/ key users to competency center.
• Provide updated information to users on SAP changes and related system/ process e.g. development, issues, errors, etc.
• Proactively support and/ or arrange training to end-users to solve and improve the operational SAP system and related processes.
• Analyze and business, functional, and related issues to formulate and develop new and/or modified programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Business management.
• Experienced in SAP business or related fields.
• At least 3–5 year experience in SAP related configuring and supporting for MM/PM module and support development program with ABAP programming.
• Able to work multiple activities concurrently and as a team.
• Experienced in BI report [Business Intelligence] such as Power BI ,Tableau [Optional]
