About this position
Position for General Manager of Coffee Production Factory at CP Retailink.
Responsibilities
• Manage, plan, and control the production process, including the raw materials used in the factory.
• Oversee the overall machinery, control the quality system of the machinery, and ensure the continuous and efficient production of coffee beans, as well as consider the introduction of new technologies into the production process.
• Plan for the maintenance of equipment, tools, and assets to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Manage the production capacity of roasted coffee beans with the team to meet customer demands.
• Plan the manpower capacity, oversee the work of employees, monitor performance, and continuously develop employees.
• Manage production operations to comply with company standards such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, etc., and continuously improve and develop work systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the coffee industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Good command of Thai language.
